About the studio

We keep it small on purpose.

DaheDigital started in 2019 as a two-person consultancy in Zaragoza. Seven years in, we are still not trying to grow into an agency. The work is better when the people doing it can see the full picture.

How we started

The studio came out of a frustration shared between two people who had been working at larger agencies: projects moving slowly, clients dealing with account managers who did not actually build anything, and a general sense that digital work had become a lot of process wrapped around a small core of real craft.

We set up in Zaragoza because we live here, not because it is a particularly strategic location. Most of our clients have been in Germany, France, the Netherlands, and the UK. We have never needed to be in the same city as the people we work with.

The AI automation side of the practice grew gradually from 2022 onward, as clients started asking whether we could connect their new site to their CRM, their intake form to their scheduling tool, or their support inbox to something that could at least triage before a human looked at it. We learned by doing, which is how most worthwhile things get learned.

Elena Vidal

Co-founder, Development & Automation

Elena spent four years at a Barcelona-based agency before co-founding DaheDigital. Her background is in backend development and systems integration — she has spent more time debugging webhook payloads than she would prefer to admit. She leads the technical side of client projects and writes about automation, tooling and build processes in the dispatches.

Andrei Popescu

Co-founder, Design & Strategy

Andrei worked as a product designer at two software companies in Romania before relocating to Spain. He handles visual design, information architecture and client strategy. When a project needs a decision about what goes where and why, that is usually his call. He writes about design decisions, CMS choices and project scoping in the dispatches.
