4. Services engagement

Enquiries submitted through our contact form do not constitute a binding contract. A contract for services is formed only when a written proposal or statement of work has been issued by DaheDigital and accepted by the client in writing (including by email).

Specific terms governing each engagement — scope, deliverables, payment schedule, revision rounds, and timelines — are set out in the proposal or statement of work for that project. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these website terms, the project-specific document takes precedence.

5. Payment

Payment terms are specified in the project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with Spanish commercial law.

We do not store payment card details. Any online payments are handled by third-party payment processors subject to their own terms and security standards.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, DaheDigital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from services provided. Our total liability in connection with any services project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by DaheDigital shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zaragoza, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence apply.
